Taiwan Trip: Chapter 4 - Boardwalk Barbeque

On our last evening we take the Metro to the end of the line -- a riverside town transliterated roughly as DanShui, meaning according to Nick, "mild water." There we pig out on a cook-your-own barbeque over hot coals brought to a well in the table. We dodge the smoke and wash it down with quantities of the local beer and speculate about party of gangsters at the adjacent table. We return in taxis, one of which offered DVD entertainment.
